Skype Calls disconnects with SfB mobile app

We have an on premise SfB setup that works great.
Calls from pc/desktop phone/... to other SfB users or external phone numbers, everything works.
Only our mobile devices (iPhone, Android devices).
When you call with the mobile app i.e. for iPhone (version 6.26.2.0009) to an external number it randomly disconnects. There is also no fixed timer on it. The first 4 or so minutes it works, after that its just pure luck if the call holds...
We have tried al sorts of solutions (only wifi, only cellular) but it does not help.
I hope you can help us with this because we're out of options.

Current Timeout is set to 600.
I think what we are dealing with a Firewall scope that is incorrect. As soon as I have a resolution I will post what was done.- Alain KumschickCopper Contributor

I am experiencing the same issues with the iOS and Android Apps.
Meetings:- Attendees can join and ~3-5 minutes their feed will freeze. They are dropped and have to rejoin
- Not the experience we want to have especially when people start saying "Do we need to switch to..."
- Regardless of iOS or Android - I had two attendees(one on each device type) dropping in unison most of a 90 minute call every ~3 minutes
- Phone calls:
- Interestingly, peer to peer calls seem fine.
- PSTN calls to a Skype number, fail, IF the mobile app is logged in and the call is answered there instead of the desktop client.
- Call is stood up, but the timer does not increment and no audio is heard.
My environment is Skype for Business 2019 Premise.
