Lost my courses and level progress on my learn profile
Microsoftmckinnm2000 did you submit a GDPR request to any Microsoft property? Do you recall your Learn username so that I can take a look at what might have happened?

Yes, I do have my learn username but would prefer to send it to you privately .. I just sent you a private message with my username. Thank youHello Team. as other may be as well. I am in between jobs and submitting resumes right now. I am referencing my Microsoft achievements in an effort to land a new job. However, when they click on my many achievements they receive an error. This reflects badly on my resume as I have worked hard achieve these badges and trophies. Please help. Thank you

Hello , I am checking to see if you have any updates on thins. My Microsoft learn login name is email address removed for privacy reasons login . I have earned many achievements (Trophies, badges... etc) as part of my skills. I think when I last looked, I had approx 38 badges and approx 8 trophies. Do we have a status on this yet. Thank you in advance. Please let me know if you have any questions.
I did not make any GDPR requests or anything that could be interpreted that way. I simply was working on some training on a Friday, then on Monday I went to log back in and the portal had me create a new profile. For me it isn't really that big of a deal as I knew where i was but still annoying.
