I just opened a ticket with credential support, and they will look into this.

I do have the required pre-requisites.
Actually, I used to have this certification but forgot to do the renewal, so I had to retake the exam.
I just noticed that the cert no longer appears on my transcript.
Can someone from support help me to get this fixed?

You need to contact credential support. As far as I know, retaking expired certification doesn't automatically renew it and must be done manually.
