Hello MVCuser
in SharePoint you don't have explicit "Wiki-Pages", you create pages in the Site Pages Library for a wiki, but you have a lot features in modern to create wiki pages with modern page experience, metadate or functions like [[ to link wiki pages. More informations:
The enterprise wiki site is an "classic" site template, not modern, so i don't recommend it in SharePoint online, but here are more informations about it: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/create-and-edit-a-wiki-dc64f9c2-d1a2-44b5-ac59-b9d535551a32

MVCuser and the classic wiki features haven't been updated or improved for many years and it was never a good platform anyway compared to the mainstream wiki platforms like Wikimedia and Wikidot.
