Why are my Document Folders so big all of a sudden?

ganeshsanap I think I have figured it out..I think its because of the Approval Notes...it contains alot of text. But why does this happen for the entire library. This is just related to New Contracts not the root folders..Any idea?
VeeExcelLearn I cannot reproduce this even if I have longer text in one of the columns in library.
Did you add custom JSON formatting for "Approval Notes" column?
