Where are the settings for external users and anonymous links for SharePoint sites?

- It's just how Chris Webb said: the change in the Office 365 Admin center and the SPO Admin Center does not propaggate to the tenant site collections so you need to configure your sharing setting site by site...you can do this manually or automate it by means of PowerShell
It doesn’t by default it’s only the allowed level and applies to all onedrive sites/users. However SharePoint sites must be manually changed to allow the anyone links.
