what persmission set to user on library ?
hello,
i saw there is many permissions we can set, what permission is better to let user see file and modify ?

I agree with Andrew on this one. The names of your permission levels don't seem to match the out of the box permission levels so you will need to review the permission level(s) to figure out what is going on. If you or someone else has full control permissions you can visit the top of your site collection to take a look at your permission levels to find out what they are called and learn about what they do.
