Welcome to the new Document Library experience that pops up every time
I've got a SP Online Site, just added an external guest to the visitor group of the site. Everytime that account goes to a document library, the "Welcome to the new Document Library experience" pops up, it is very, very, very annoying.
Why is it doing that, it can't be because someone thought it was a good idea.

Once they navigated through all the steps and click 'Let's get started' then it wont be displayed again.
