You might want to check the auto news digest that is sent every week where you can add your own branding. Check more about the auto news digest featurehttps://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/automatically-sending-news-post-digests-with-branding-b930b579-0de5-4c67-86f0-de64b87c45e3
If you would like to pick and choose, you can manually select the news article to be included in news digest. Check it out https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/create-and-send-a-news-digest-42efc3c6-605f-4a9a-85d5-1f9ff46019bf.

buszi99 When you use the auto news digest feature it sends the news posts published on organization news sites and not the news (list items) from any SharePoint list.
This feature only send the news which are relevant to user (based on Microsoft Graph) or boosted news posts or news posts where user has at least read permissions.
Check this Microsoft official documentation about What news is sent and when
You can also boost the specific news, rank the news posts manually and apply custom branding for your news digest: SharePoint Auto News Digest updates

buszi99 one way to do this is with a flow in Power Automate using a recurrence schedule set to 1 week and looking at the Site Pages library with a filter query of Promoted State eq 2 and the published date within the last week. Then the email would have a link to each news item published in the last week.
