Webdav mount of shared folder in OneDive (with onpremisse sharepoint 2016)
Hi Together
I'm quite new to the Sharepoint in an on-premise setup. We have the following problem.
User Alice shares a Folder (with Subfolders and Files) from her OneDrive in SharePoint to User Bob.
Bob can now access all the files from his OneDrive (in SharePoint over the "Shared with me" menu)
Bob now wants no bulk copy the Files to another Side Collection with download every file to his pc separately (since there is now menu point to download folders).
Bob does now calls his IT Services department and ask if they know a way.
Unfortenly the SharePoint dude of IT has 6 weeks off, we want not disturb him :-) . So does any one has an idee how to do that ?
Cheers Konrad
PS:
- The One Dive App is not an Option, because Bob is working on a Terminal Server, and IT doesn't like the idea that every user syncing their files from the SharePoint to the FileServer and vice versa.
- WebDAV access which is used by the most users is not working because the file is in the OneDirve of Alice (not Bob)
- Yes, the dude how is writing this has no clue of SharePoint, so sorry for the noob question ;)

Hi SPO
First of all thank for your time and the reply you send.
Yes we have also the "copy to" and "move to" button, and <saveMyItHonor> we saw them :-) <saveMyItHonor>.
The Problem is that this dialog shows only the shared OneDrive. Not the drive of Bob :-(
In the meantime, we also figured out, that when we use the "classic Desing" (link lower left "Return to classic OneDrive" then Bob see also his folders and the Task can be accomplished. Alice and his(her) real-live companion are now basically happy.
But it would be very nice to find the root cause, or at least confirm that it's working as designed.
Cheers konrad
