View all Approved documents?

We use SharePoint Online and I have a document library that is setup for approvals. The problem is we have a lot of approvers and due to this, their view includes all the Pending versions. Is there a way to create a view of all the Approved versions? Is there a way to have a view that is the same as someone with read only rights?
