version history options is not always available
One the same SharePoint List, sometimes I am able to select the "..." and see version history to restore to a previous version if an error occurred. Sometimes I am not. It is the same list with the...

If yes, you can use it from this context menu of list item.

ganeshsanap I do see that option! but it appears like this shows the version history of a particular list item rather than the entire list, which is what I was looking for 
Any other ideas?
