Using Sync with Report Library
Hi everyone, I searched for solution to this but found nothing specifically for it -- We have a SharePoint Report Library that will not permit Sync. As in, the Sync is grayed out.
I've ensured the site settings and library advanced settings for Offline Availability are set to Yes, but the Sync Icon is still grayed out. Other Document Libraries are working with Sync, no issues.
Is it because the Report Library is sort of a hybrid list/library?
Any help would be much appreciated!

NIcTerrio - maybe there are IRM or DLP policies applied to that library?

Kelly_EdingerThank you for responding!
I do not have IRM enabled on this resource.
I'm the Site Collection Admin --- is DLP implemented at a higher level than my role? If so, I'll have to contact our Site Admin Team.
Note: In Site Contents, the Report Library is actually down in the List section. I've attached a screenshot - the icon type is different than a regular Document Library - which leads me to believe it's a hybrid, thus preventing Sync? Thanks again for helping! =)

Hi NIcTerrio - if there was DLP or IRM, that would be the O365 Global Admin, so yes a higher role than Site Collection Admin. But your screenshot does show a list which is why you can't sync. Only Libraries (files) can be synced.
