Using Sync with Report Library

I do not have IRM enabled on this resource.
I'm the Site Collection Admin --- is DLP implemented at a higher level than my role? If so, I'll have to contact our Site Admin Team.
Note: In Site Contents, the Report Library is actually down in the List section. I've attached a screenshot - the icon type is different than a regular Document Library - which leads me to believe it's a hybrid, thus preventing Sync?

Hi NIcTerrio - if there was DLP or IRM, that would be the O365 Global Admin, so yes a higher role than Site Collection Admin. But your screenshot does show a list which is why you can't sync. Only Libraries (files) can be synced.
