Users seeing the wrong list entry form in SharePoint Site
Has anyone come across a situation where the data entry form in Lists is showing the wrong fields? My client has stumbled upon this bug and I'm not sure how or why.
- They are using a single SharePoint team site (all online)
- Site currently has two lists
- No Power Power Apps or flows are involved in this setup
- There is a single Lookup field in List B that's pulling from List A
Basically, my client tried to add a new record into List A, but the record entry window is showing the fields from List B.
They got an error message when they tried to complete the form, stating that the fields aren't recognized.
While this could be a one-off gremlin, I'm wondering if anyone has come across this problem before.
Any thoughts on the cause and/or solution?

atrain204 Never heard of this behavior before. Is this a consistent experience?
If it is a one off thing, I'm guessing it may be an issue with browser cache or something.
Bharath Arja unsure how frequently it's happened so far, but they were able to grab a few screenshots of the issue so I suspect it's happened more than once.
Thankfully, only one user so far, so I suspect it's the browser as we've had some issues before.
I'm going to get them to try and install Lists as a PWA to see if that at least helps.
