Hi,
Have you checked the Checkout and Checkin DateTime? If user 1 has been modifying the document and didn't check in the change, the other users will still see the old published version of the document.

Sudharsan K Hi - Shouldn't the document automatically check in when the user has finished? It's in the browser version of Excel and automatically saves each change.

The document will be saved automatically within a few seconds and check-in has to be done by the user manually to make sure they are ready to publish the document to the other users.

Is that the normal behaviour? A manual check-in step has never been the process in my experience. The document in question does not have a checked out version.
