Users cant open sharepoint list items in Chrome or Edge

I have a multiple users having issues opening an item from the sharepoint list. Even if you select the item and click on Edit, nothing pops up (powerapps form). However, if you enter the link to item in the URL then you can view the item just fine. At first, it wasnt working for me either so i removed all of the json column formatting and it started to work for most users, however, i have one using chrome that is not having any luck. Has anyone else experienced this? if so, would the json column formatting have something to do with this? Please help!
