Users cant open sharepoint list items in Chrome or Edge

I have a multiple users having issues opening an item from the sharepoint list. Even if you select the item and click on Edit, nothing pops up (powerapps form). However, if you enter the link to item...

I'm having the same difficulty and have had since last Wednesday.  I'd just  ignored it expecting it to be resolved by now since there were a number of days over the holiday, but the same issue still exists today. 

 

It seems to work fine in IE.  luinator
