User Token Expiration

When users download a file, the access is given only for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes when users try to download the file, it throws up error "Sorry, something went wrong" While downloading a 2.5 GB file, it downloads up to 85% of the file, then gets cancelled and says "Couldn't Download - Need Authorisation"

How to keep this time extra? For around an hour or so. I am using Sharepoint Online and have no On Premises servers
