Upload Photo Web Part

On a Sharepoint site page, is there a way we can add a web part at which the viewer can upload a photo and it displays? If some can share any references, it would be helpful.

    parthdev out-of-the-box there's no web part or other method where the viewer of a page can upload an image. Although if they are in your organisation it would be possible to have a form where they upload an image and a flow in Power Auotmate saves that to a document library which then displays it on a page.
