Upload folder allowed even when make new folder command is set to no in settings
There is an inconsistency in the way "folders" are allowed in modern experience on document libraries. We have set the option "Make new folder command available" to "no" in the library settings....
Looping in LincolnDeMaris & Miceile Barrett who can best receive the feedback on this for how modern does or does not comply with the "no" settings to disallow new folders from being created.
