Upload failing and reopen issue- SharePoint Issue

Hi There,

I have an excel VBA form that will be used by multiple users at the same time for data entries. The issue is when multiple users try to access the same file from different PCs. It is triggering the error message below; Is there a way to set up this file sharing process with instant update and save. It is very important for me to track all the changes after hitting on save button each time. Please let me know if anyone had a similar issue and has a solution or any idea sharing will be appreciated.
