Update multiple documents that require approval from source document

Hello,

We have a document library set up where changed documents need approval before being published.

There are repeating information across multiple documents (over 100) plus each document has it's own specific content also.

Is there a way to have a Master/Source document that contains all the sections in the document that repeat across multiple documents and have the related documents updated when a change to the source document occurs?

When the change comes from the Source document they would need to automatically be approved also.

Is any of this possible?
