Update: Document Sets in Modern Document Libraries
Thanks for the update Michael.
Do you have any information on when the rollout phases are set to be completed? In other words, worst case scenario how long could we be waiting?
We are now rolling-out modern document sets to all organizations. Thank you again for your patience and for reporting issues!

I have view AllItems associated that should display at the Top level (Nejvyssi uroven) and a view ProSpis that should display at the Spis content type (a folder content type).
But this doesn't work. The view doesn't change when going to a folder of Spis content type.
What works: the view changes when going to a document set content type which has associated the view.

Thanks Michael - the Modern Document Sets are great.
One thing I noticed is that I don't seem to have the option to search within a modern document set. I can 'search this site' and 'Search this library', but not 'Search this document set'.
Is it still possible to limit a search to the contents of a single document set?

Just to clarify my search box question, I’m in targeted release and using the new search box placed in the centre of the page header.
At the site level, the default search box text is ‘Search this site.’
Within a library, the default search box text is ‘Search this library’.
Within a modern document set, the default search box text remains ‘Search this library’.
Using the search box while the document set is open appears to search the entire library, rather than limiting the search to the document set itself.
Is there any setting to limit search to ‘Search within this document set’?

Ryan_McConville I see that we don't update the "Search this library" text when you enter a document set, but I would expect the search box to show you results from the document set (or generic folder) whose contents you're currently viewing. It might also show you the document set that you're currently in. It can also include items in any folders your document set contains (and their sub-folders, and so on down).
Are you seeing results from the root level of the list when you're in a document set and you search?

Hi Michael - this feature is working great for new document sets content types (for new libraries), but how do we reset the welcome page for document sets in previously existing libraries? Or, is there a separate flag that can be set to always display in modern view regardless of the previous welcome page settings (we removed the icon and document set properties from the display as it took up too much screen space).
The time it takes to navigate into the modern document set is definitely less than the time it took to open a new browser tab to navigate into the classic view document set - awesome. Just need to apply to all document sets for older libraries! Thank you for the continuous feedback and improvements.

MarkBullard Hi Mark - thanks for the great feedback! We don't currently have a setting to force document sets into the new experience even when their welcome pages are customized. You can effectively "uncustomize" the welcome page by adding the missing parts back into the page. You'll need to go back to classic mode to access the welcome page, but then you should be able to Edit Page and Insert the missing web parts.

Hi Michael - your suggestion to manually reset the zone 1-3 web parts was perfect and the modern document sets are working great (and quickly) - thank you! A low priority feature request might be a way to quickly reset the Welcome Page or perhaps guidance to users that, upon edit of the Welcome Page away from the default, the modern experience won't be displayed (since they might not navigate to this thread for the solution).
On a related note, the ability to adjust views once inside a document set, now possible with the modern experience, is going to be a major blessing for our users that like to toggle between grouped and ungrouped views (with ungrouped views required for quick edit). Awesome work by MSFT to get this rolled out to everyone.
