Unwanted Managed Properties Show in Search

I created a list that is built via a flow. It's a company directory that is pulled from an Azure AD group. The problem is if I search this list for my name (account running the flow), it pulls up every single record. I'm guessing because my name shows as the CreatedBy/ModifiedBy (not in view). I checked the search schema and those two properties are not flagged as searchable.
