Understanding Sharepoint

Sevearl teachers in my school have asked about how SharePoint and Microsoft Office (OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, etc.) fit together.  I have been looking for a graphic or short video, but haven't foudn anything.  Do any of you have ideas?
