Unable to view items in Modern view and web address of document library is incorrect in settings

Hi All,

We have a document library in SharePoint online with 35000+ items. While opening this library in modern view it throws an error. Attached the error screenshot named as "error in modern view". It gets opened in classic SharePoint view.

Also, while checking on the web address in library settings it has the URL as https://xxx.sharepoint.com/teams/<site name>/_layouts/error.aspx. Attached the error screenshot named as "web address screenshot"

So while giving the below URL in the address bar "https://xxx.sharepoint.com/teams/<site name>/<document library name>" it throws 404 error.

It has a single view and didn't have "All Documents" as other document libraries have. It just had the option as Modify this View and create view. We tried creating other views but it doesn't show up in the library page though it is available in the library settings page. Attached the screenshot of this as "View screenshots"

 How can we open this library in modern view and change the web address in library settings which seems to be wrong.
