Unable to Filter/Search a SharePoint list column
Our SharePoint servers were updated a few weeks ago. Ever since then, I've been unable to click a column, select "Filter by", and then search through the filter. Any idea why this is happening? See below screenshots.

We're on SharePoint Online and we've started experiencing this around the end of last week.
Kevin Riley I've instructed my users to use the 'Search' box, but using this method, the 'Flow' menu is not visible. We have critical business functionality dependent on users being able to execute flows on SharePoint items.
You tagged with SharePoint Online, but you say "our SharePoint servers" which seems to indicate SharePoint on-premises. I would suggest checking the Updates on control panel and seeing which ones were installed at this time. Was it a Windows Update or an actual SharePoint CU?
