Unable to Filter/Search a SharePoint list column

We're on SharePoint Online and we've started experiencing this around the end of last week.
Kevin Riley I've instructed my users to use the 'Search' box, but using this method, the 'Flow' menu is not visible. We have critical business functionality dependent on users being able to execute flows on SharePoint items.
