- Hi ArefHalmstrand, the edit button is missing from both Hub navigation and current page navigation. I can still change order of tabs, but I have to do it manually in the site options.

The navigation highlighted in the screenshot, is it a custom SPFx Application Customizer?
@NanddeepNachan I actually don't know. Do You know how to check if it is? Unfortunately I don't have a way to contact the people that made this overlay.
