UI Bugs in SP Online Libraries

since yesterday the UI of libraries is extremely buggy. After initially loading a library a lot of the library controls and functions in the top bar are not responding at all, we also use custom json buttons to open forms, for example: (action": "editProps"), these don't work either. 

These bugs only occur if you first open a document library or navigate from document library to document library. If you first open a list and then navigate to a document library everything works normal. Also some users hadn't cleared there cache yesterday, they didn't encounter these issues. Testet on Edge and Firefox.

Is anyone else encountering these abnormalities?
