meganpat149 did you get anywhere with this one? I've been asked to re-build our extisting training matrix (currently in Excel) in SharePoint but struggling to figure out where to start.

Chris Cundy I tested something out with an excel table and a microsoft form that with the help of a power automate would fill out the required fields but this didn't work so we are now looking at some more "out of the box" systems.

  meganpat149 you could build a flow in Power Automate to get the form response and save the details into a SharePoint list. But to have a matrix front end you really are looking at building this in Power Apps.
