Too Many Requests error (429)
We are working with a vendor to develop an app in SharePoint Online and they are getting the below error at different times. They're trying to run code to create a folder structure with 4 root folders and 4 levels deep. 19 folders total. Wondering why they can do it at 11 pm but not 11 am. The error seems to be showing up at random.
The remote server returned an error: (429) Too Many Requests
Any Ideas on why this error is occurring?

jcgonzalezmartin isright and be carefull with your vendor if it hits throttling limits
