Title Column and Modern User Experience
I am not sure if I am the only one experiencing this odd behavior or this is by design so would appreciate if someone could shed some light.

To me this is by design and the panel for editing the list item will only open if you have in your list a column such as Tittle that is normally used to edit a list item
This is odd because if I add the Title column (in my case Title column is not called Title) to the View and click edit button (not the link of the title column) it opens a panel.
Even if the Title column is empty just by being visible in the 'View' forces it open in the panel. This can't be a correct behavior.
Any thoughts on Quick Edit?
