Third party products to effectively manage security of SharePoint Online tenant
Can you recommend some third party solutions for the management of SharePoint Online? I am especially looking into the tools which allow me to manage the sharing of files and folders and the management of sharing links, as well as oversight of externally shared files and their links.
Use case: after removing a user from a Team, I would also like to prevent him from accessing the files in the associated SharePoint site. If files are shared with him directly through "Copy link" those will still work for the user. Going through all files is somewhat cumbersome and I find it somehow difficult to navigate through all the permission and sharing forms, constantly switching between modern and classic SharePoint interface.
I tried SharePoint PnP PowerShell but had no success. On a SharePoint site with ~3000 file items the script ran over night and was still running in the morning.

HI just found your post and this seems to be a common need for administering SPO. I'm looking for an interface with (widgets) that link to AD Users, Groups, Compliance, and also reports that list shares on a single or multiple SPO tenants/sites.
- Check out AvePoint's Policies and Insights. It can not only monitor links (especially sensitive data) being shared, it also has an alert when they're shared inappropriately.
