Hi, that sounds like a modern SharePoint web part refresh or caching issue. I’d compare what happens in the actual document library versus the page web part right after upload. If the library shows the file but the web part does not, collect timestamps, browser details, and a correlation ID if possible, then open a Microsoft support ticket.
