The sensitive labels are not visible in the document library if a document is tagged.
It's not in preview, set of support articles is here Learn about sensitivity labels - Microsoft Purview (compliance) | Microsoft Learn
- JoeMama4Jan 25, 2023Copper ContributorWhats Odd is that the column for Sensitivity is blank on all files I have the labels applied to. I can see the label when I open the file but no where else does it show this. Anyone have any idea how to get this to show up correctly in the Sensitivity column

I too am experiencing a similar issue, but in my testing (we are currently pre-prod), it only affects sensitivity labels that use encryption with user assigned permissions. Labels which don't use encryption or labels which use encryption with the 'assign permissions now' method (label defined permissions) do display correctly in the sensitivity column.
Note: I did have to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/sensitivity-labels-coauthoring?view=o365-worldwide for SharePoint to properly accept encrypted files (e.g. .docx) with label defined permissions, and for M365 online apps to be able to open these files.
- Turak64Aug 02, 2023Copper ContributorI'm seeing this with all types of labels, with or without encryption. We have co-authoring on as well

For me it works if open the file in browser (e.g. Excel for web, whatever) and you may close it right after that. Label appears in the Sensitivity column if it was set for the file.
If open in app nothing happens.
