Target/Source Lists in different Teams/Groups
I have a target sharepoint list with a Lookup Column which I am looking to link with an existing source sharepoint list stored in a different Team/Group. Is this possible?
chris_chad If the source lookup list in another site (site collection), it is not possible to use lookup column in another site collection directly.
You can try using the Content Type Hub or Content type gallery in SharePoint online admin center.
You can create lookup as site column, add it to content type and publish it to content type gallery. Then use it in another site collection.

Hello chris_chad
no, it's not possible. Lookups are only on the same Site, not cross site. You need to use PowerApps or Third-Party tools.
