Submit policy for approval

I am having an issue with the submit for approval button. 

Whenever I send an site for approval the button is showing duplicates of the button and it keeps adding a button if I click on the button several times. If i refresh the page it will go back to two options but it should only be one option. I dont get what the solution is here?
