SPO Classic view - Most Popular not available in picture library?
My SharePoint Online picture library (in classic view, not available in modern view) displays most popular item counts with zeros. I'm not able to find information online, hence am on here in case anyone else has encountered this issue.
Please let me know if this is fixable or the feature is not available for a picture library? I do see counts in a regular document library however not a picture library.
Attached is an example of the issue. Much appreicated & thanks ahead.

- Since this feature relies on search, I think you should open a support ticket
I tested this feature out on three seperate tenants and was able to replicate the issue in all the different tenants. Here is what I found:
Most Popular Items count:
1. Items that are edited, like editing a word/xls and .GIF/.JPG+ type content is tracked.
2. If you view an image the count is not tracked.
3. If you upload a doc, the count is not tracked.
Unfortunately there isnt granular information on this topic, however hope this helps.
