SPO Classic view - Most Popular not available in picture library?

Since this feature relies on search, I think you should open a support ticket
I tested this feature out on three seperate tenants and was able to replicate the issue in all the different tenants. Here is what I found:
Most Popular Items count:
1. Items that are edited, like editing a word/xls and .GIF/.JPG+ type content is tracked.
2. If you view an image the count is not tracked.
3. If you upload a doc, the count is not tracked.
