SP Modern list multiple list validations in one list

I have two working list validations that i need in one list. combined

=IF([Other Type of Service]="OTHER",IF(ISBLANK([Other Site comments]),FALSE,TRUE),TRUE))
=IF([Type of Goods/Services]="OTHER",IF(ISBLANK([Other Type of Service]),FALSE,TRUE),TRUE)

And ideas?
