SP auto Cleanup job delete data in release status column need to persist value

I have SP 2010 site which i have migrated to sharepoint online, this library have SP 2010 status work flow(approver workflow) and status of workflow is maintain ins column "Release status"

SP auto cleanup job delete this column after 30 days and I want to persist this data of column after 30 days also.

I dont want to disable auto cleanup job as it might impact other library work flows.

i want to add new column in library, where i will copy value of "release status" column whenever new item is created or modified using MS flow.

how i can do this? will this copy of data work? any other solution
