Site has become view only?
Afternoon Experts
I have built my first SharePoint site workspace and have been enjoying watching it grow with in my work. To make things easier I allowed a few other edit permissions.
The issue I have now is someone has made all my permissions vanish and the site is now view/read only. No files can be upload, no document library can be created, no page editing, just nothing.
I’m self taught and no expert, does anyone have any idea how I can correct this and regain my permissions back please? Nightmare 🙂

you need to go to an SharePoint or an higher Global Admin from the M365 Tenant. They can give the permissions back on the site: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/get-started-new-admin-center
Afterwards you should rethink the authorization concept. Give your users enough permissions, but not too much 😉
