you need to go to an SharePoint or an higher Global Admin from the M365 Tenant. They can give the permissions back on the site: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/get-started-new-admin-center
Afterwards you should rethink the authorization concept. Give your users enough permissions, but not too much 😉
