Site Collection Creation Workflow
Is there a way to put a workflow when creating a new site collection?

What we will do is after creating a Site Collection, a workflow will start and will do the following:
- Send an email
- Create an entry in an Excel Online Sheet
- Starts ID from 0-4

You could of course go for the following:
Create a site collection (triggered by the creation or approval of a site request list item). Then the workflow sends the email etc.
I don't think that there is an easy way to check if the site collection has been completely created. So you might have to get the workflow to check for the existence of the lists before sending out the email etc.
So in short don't trigger on the site collection creation but include the site collection creation in your workflow.
