Should organization have own application name in SPO?
Hello,
I have come across couple of organization employees who says their application name as SPO, however that is the production name - I was wondering if organization should give a global name to their applications available on M365 cloud? If yes, how?

tom_s1865 Where do your employees see SPO as application name, can you add a screenshot if possible?
If you are talking about individual SharePoint site name/title, you can rename it from site settings. Or are you talking about your tenant name itself?

SPO means SharePoint Online.
It may help users to identify with it if it has speaking, familiar names e.g. Inside, Portal, or other names.
