Sharing calendar
I want to be able to share the same calendar in both Outlook 2016 and Sharepoint.
I have for example School 1, school 2, school 3 and so on. I want to be abel to have one common shared calendar if possible? Or is it one calendar pr user/school in this case?
You can create a single SharePoint Online calendar, add a choice/dropdown column for schools (or repurpose the category column), create a view for each school and then use the calendar overlay option to show each school by a distinct color. In the overlay options, you choose a list view to display rather than a net new calendar. Then, from SharePoint ribbon. sync this calendar to your Outlook. Make sure all users who need to be able to sync at least have read access to the calendar.
