SharePointon prem self site creation too slow!

I would recommend you to check the farm performance and also the configuration...another thing that could help here is to "warm up" your my sites by means of a script that access the my site early in the morning so when the user access to it, the experience is faster

Do you have some sample of a script that could "warm up" my sites?
I was thinking if incrementing the ram memory of the sql server would help, what you think?Regards
