SharePoint/MS Lists Validation with Mobile Device

In my scenario, I have a column in a SP List that consists of approximately (725) locations/values.  This is in a pull-down field (which is not really functional).  The employees that enter this information are using iPads.

Can a column be setup to perform a validation from a separate list on mobile devices?
